About The Position
The Shuttle Driver Supervisor provides excellent service by assisting owners and guests with luggage to and from their rooms and responding to other special requests. The role also provides scheduled shuttle service between designated resort locations, including guest rooms and the clubhouse. The supervisor oversees the property’s front entrance and guest arrivals and helps maintain resort vehicles, shuttles, carts, and related equipment.
Requirements
- Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Class E/Chauffeur driver's license.

- Proven track record in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the property front entrance and guest arrivals.
- Ensure shuttles and other bell-related carts and equipment are clean.
- Report problems or unusual activities to management.
- Transport guests by shuttle to and from rooms and the clubhouse.
- Detail resort vehicles and perform basic maintenance checks.
- Assist owners and guests with luggage and other special requests.
