About The Position

Drive shuttle vehicle to pick up and drop off guests from multiple Resort parking lots and safely direct the flow of vehicles and foot traffic. This is a seasonal position from November through the end of the season.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Class B CDL License with Passenger Endorsement.
Valid Washington State Driver License.
Background check required.
Ability to be alert to potential dangerous situations.
Ability and commitment to on-site work including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers.
Ability to physically shovel snow, work in uneven, steep, and icy conditions.
Basic people skills, ability to work as a team, and get along with others.
Ability to work well under pressure, problem solve, and multitask.
Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.
Organized and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Drive shuttle bus vehicles to pick up and drop off guests from parking lots.
Direct the flow of vehicles in parking lots to maximize the number of vehicles to be parked.
Regulate the traffic flow on the County road.
Collect fees for parking.
Set-up and tear-down of traffic signs, cones, and other equipment.
Be self-motivated to complete tasks timely.
Exercise judgment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Perform the job and get along with others.
Work together with all departments to build a positive working environment.
Show up to work on time, consistent attendance, and dependable.
Physically perform the essential job functions of this position.
Other duties as assigned.
