Shuttle Driver/Bell Person
About The Position
This is a full-time, year-round position where duties are split between Shuttle Driver and Bell Person roles. The role involves picking up and dropping off guests at various onsite and offsite locations, assisting guests with luggage and equipment, and maintaining a consistent lobby presence for prompt and efficient guest service. Responsibilities also include ensuring arriving and departing guests receive immediate attention, managing baggage delivery, maintaining the cleanliness of the front entrance, completing seasonal tasks, making deliveries of gifts and amenities, and covering switchboard duties during breaks or staff shortages.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Great customer service skills
- Willingness to assist
Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off guests at various onsite locations; may require driving on and off property.
- Assist guests with luggage, equipment, etc.
- Maintain consistent lobby presence for prompt and efficient guest service.
- Ensure arriving and departing guests receive immediate attention through portage, door opening, parking and information about Stowe and TFL in particular.
- Maintain awareness of current events and all incoming groups and their needs.
- Promptly and accurately deliver baggage of arriving and departing coaches.
- Maintain clean front entrance through sweeping/ shoveling of front, cleaning ash trays and any refuse.
- Complete seasonal tasks as necessary, including but not limited to: shoveling balconies, shuttle runs, starting fires in fireplaces, etc.
- Make deliveries of gifts, flowers and other amenities.
- Cover switchboard agents during breaks or staff shortages.
