We are seeking to expand our international team in Michigan with talented professionals.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Basic computer skills - MS Office, electronic mail, etc.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to deal, shuffle, sort cards and other operating gaming equipment involving highly repetitive hand and arm movements.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Punctuality and attention to detail.
Be able to wear assigned uniforms.
Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming license and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

Responsibilities

Attend live gaming tables for card change procedures according to company procedures.
Evaluate and keep track of the quality and visual appearance of the cards.
Properly check and shuffle gaming cards in the card counting rooms (CCRs).
Follow internal shuffling procedures in the CCRs and at live gaming tables.
Follow assigned work rotations.
Adhere to the gaming studio's rules and any other rules introduced by management.
Immediately report any risks, mistakes, problems, or unusual activities to the Pit Boss.
Inform the Pit Boss in a timely manner to replace or receive new cards or decks for each shift.
Maintain and store playing cards in safe areas, equipment for tables, and keep related documentation up to date.
Attend training courses/workshops as required and strive to continually improve technical skills.
Assist with training new shufflers if required by management.
Follow any updates and amendments in game leading and shuffling procedures.
Keep a professional demeanor towards players.
Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
Keep confidential information within the company’s authorized individuals.
Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
