About The Position

PT Services (Delaware) LLC is part of Playtech, a leading online gaming software supplier. We are seeking a Shuffler to join our international team in Michigan. In this role, you will attend live gaming tables for card change procedures, evaluate card quality, and properly shuffle gaming cards. You will follow internal shuffling procedures, adhere to studio rules, and report any issues to the Pit Boss. Maintaining and storing playing cards, attending training, and assisting with new shuffler training are also key responsibilities. A professional demeanor towards players and clear communication with management and peers are essential. You will also be responsible for keeping confidential information secure and performing additional duties as instructed.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED.
Must be 21 years of age or older
Basic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to deal, shuffle, sort cards and other operating gaming equipment involving highly repetitive hand and arm movements.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Punctuality and attention to detail.
Be able to wear assigned uniforms.
Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming license and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

Responsibilities

Attend live gaming tables for card change procedures according to the company's procedures.
Evaluate and keep track of the quality and visual appearance of the cards.
Properly check and shuffle gaming cards in the card counting rooms (CCRs).
Follow internal shuffling procedure in the CCRs and at all live gaming tables.
Follow assigned work rotations when performing duties.
Adhere to the gaming studio's rules and any other rules that management may introduce at any time.
Immediately report to the Pit Boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems, and/or unusual activities in the gaming studio.
Inform the Pit Boss in a timely manner to replace and/or receive new cards or decks of cards for each shift.
Maintain and store playing cards in safe areas, equipment for the tables, and keep related documentation up to date.
Attend training courses/workshops as required and strive to continually improve technical skills.
Assist with training new shufflers if required by management.
Follow any updates and amendments in game leading and shuffling procedures.
Keep a professional demeanor towards players.
Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
Keep confidential information within the company’s authorized individuals.
Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
