Imperial Brady has a Showroom Sales Association position available in Birmingham AL! Join our strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business. Imperial Brady is a great place to take that next step if you are eager for your next opportunity. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably and unassisted
Nice To Haves
- Retail and face-to-face customer service experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume calls and face-to-face walk-in customers
- Interact with customers in a Point-of-Sale environment
- Identify and evaluate customers’ needs
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
- Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Stock shelves and keep the showroom clean and presentable
