Olive Ave is growing rapidly and seeking a motivated Showroom Specialist to join our American Fork team. This role sits at the heart of our customer experience — it's where our brand comes to life in person and where we get to be part of one of the most meaningful purchases our customers will ever make. This position is pivotal in presenting our brand experience and guiding customers through such a significant purchasing moment. Your role will be integral to maintaining our brand’s voice and delivering the authentic Olive Ave experience in person for customers. This is a part-time role based in our showroom in American Fork, Utah, reporting directly to the Utah Store Manager. In this comprehensive position, your focus will be in-person and walk in consultations. We are looking for someone who has a foundational understanding of sales principles to foster trust and engagement, without direct selling. We care about the experience being memorable, smooth, and personal and are looking for someone to create this environment for our customers. Key qualities in this role include demonstrating patience and compassion, confidence in communication, and being people minded.
