About The Position

We're looking for a Showroom Sales Associate to represent our brands directly to buyers in our Los Angeles showroom. You'll be the face of Edgemine for walk-in and scheduled buyer appointments, managing the full sales experience from greeting to order follow-up — including a high volume of WhatsApp-based client communication.

Requirements

• Must have at least one year of wholesale sales experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Ability to multi-task
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, respectful communication skills
• Must be computer proficient
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• WhatsApp sales experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist buyers in the showroom, providing and maintaining product knowledge and product information
• Handle company sales orders and related follow up
• Maintain customer database by updating account profiles with accurate information
• Prepare and prep for sales meetings (sample preparation, sales reports, etc.)
• Follow up on sales leads and sales correspondence, including via WhatsApp
• Prepare sales documents as requested
• Order all necessary materials requested for sales/production (labels, tickets, stickers, etc.)
• Maintain showroom appearance, organize samples, and support day-to-day showroom operations
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking buyers, both in person and via WhatsApp
• Assist with lifting, moving, and organizing sample boxes and inventory (up to 50 lbs)
