About The Position

Closet Factory is opening a new flagship location in Westport and is seeking two exceptional Showroom Directors to become the face of this premier destination for custom home organization and design. This role is more than traditional retail management; it's an opportunity to shape the client experience, build community relationships, and represent a premium brand. The Showroom Director will create a welcoming and inspiring environment, oversee daily operations, support the design team, cultivate community relationships, and ensure all details reflect the quality of the Closet Factory brand. The role requires a blend of hospitality, design appreciation, relationship building, and business intuition, with a philosophy centered on clients buying because they want to, not because they were sold to.

Schedule complimentary in-home design consultations.

Continuously refresh displays, samples, and seasonal inspiration.
Support our designers throughout the client journey.
Coordinate community events, networking opportunities, and showroom open houses.
Build relationships with Realtors, builders, architects, interior designers, professional organizers, and other local referral partners.
Continuously identify ways to elevate the showroom experience and strengthen the Closet Factory brand.
