Dan Cummins CDJR of Paris is growing and seeking a friendly, dependable, people-focused team member to join us as a Showroom Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in making a great first impression. As the Showroom Coordinator, you will be one of the first faces our customers see and an important part of creating an exceptional dealership experience.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, or the automotive industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and guests with a warm, professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
Help create a positive, welcoming showroom environment
Assist the sales team with customer-service and administrative needs
Help coordinate appointments and customer visits
Answer basic customer questions and make sure they get connected with the right person
Maintain an organized and professional reception/showroom area
Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Document imaging
Provide the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back
