Showroom Coordinator – Full-Time Dan Cummins CDJR of Paris is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable, people-focused team member to join us as a Showroom Coordinator! Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, or the automotive industry is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and guests with a warm, professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
Help create a positive, welcoming showroom environment
Assist the sales team with customer-service and administrative needs
Help coordinate appointments and customer visits
Answer basic customer questions and make sure they get connected with the right person
Maintain an organized and professional reception/showroom area
Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Document imaging
Provide the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back
