About The Position

Budget Blinds of Hilton Head is seeking a career-minded professional to join our team. The position is for a full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm (40-45 hours per week) Showroom Assistant & Customer Service Professional in our Bluffton/Hilton Head showroom. You will schedule in-home consultations for our customers as well as assist customers with their window covering needs. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task various admin duties and be able to provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone. We will provide necessary training and continuing education for you to succeed in this position. Previous experience is a plus.   • Associates Degree or higher (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling In-Home Consultations
  • Answering customer phone calls for order status, service requests and In-Home consultations
  • Consult with customers in the showroom by providing an overview of products
  • Follow up with online lead inquiries
  • Review order confirmations for accuracy
  • Assist Sales Team by converting orders and editing quotes
  • Ensure showroom is neat and organized
