About The Position

The Showroom Administrative & Customer support specialist assists customers visiting the showroom, provides product information, supports the sales team, and helps maintain an organized and professional showroom environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales support, or building materials preferred.
  • Knowledge of doors, windows, construction products, or home improvement materials is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers entering the showroom.
  • Provide information about doors, windows, hardware, and related products.
  • Support sales representatives by preparing quotes, product specifications, and customer documentation.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule customer appointments and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain showroom displays, sample boards, and promotional materials.
  • Process orders and payments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers.
  • Handle Service and warranty ordering and scheduling.
  • Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment of display materials.
  • Handle basic administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
