Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of short-order or prep cook experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to internal and external guests.
• Support a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
• Accurately account for revenue associated with food and beverage sales or service.
• Engage guests in conversation and make their experience memorable.
• Follow food storage safety practices.
• Complete the opening prep list and ensure venue stock levels are met.
• Take customer orders and prepare foods requiring short preparation times according to customer requirements.
• Restock venue supplies, rotate food, and stamp items with the time and date.
• Prepare food such as sandwiches, sliced meats, soups, salads, and pizzas.
• Coordinate preparation so items served together are finished at the same time.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, including fryers.
• Maintain venue cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
