About The Position

At GT’s Living Foods, we are building a world-class Shopper Marketing team that elevates our brands in the hearts and minds of shoppers, retailers, and partners. The Shopper Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and executing critical initiatives that drive brand visibility and in-store excellence.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of job-related experience
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and in a relatable manner
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy across all workstreams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Collaborative team player who operates in the best interest of the brand
  • Ability to work both independently and with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passionate, bold, and persistent, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related major

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Shopper Marketing initiatives across retail and eCommerce channels
  • Partner with Shopper Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to manage the creative development and approval process
  • Coordinate asset trafficking, releases, and Syndigo submissions to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Ensure accuracy of retailer advertisements and digital shelf (dotcom) content
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, trackers, recaps, and key documentation
  • Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and reconciliation of expenses to actuals
  • Coordinate coupon and rebate programs, including vendor management, redemption tracking, and inventory oversight
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional programs, including swag, trade show kits, POS materials, and cooler/display initiatives
  • Oversee vendor relationships related to promotional materials and program execution
  • Manage ordering, fulfillment, and logistics for marketing materials and programs
  • Support performance tracking by assisting with program recaps and data collection
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Shopper Marketing team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, agenda documentation, and follow-up communication
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across various levels of the organization
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in support of team and business objectives
