The Shopper Activation Manager will lead and own onsite and offsite media strategy and execution within their respective Retailer’s Media Network to support sales objectives and financial targets. This includes managing the relationship with the Retailer’s Ads/Marketing Team and supporting respective Mars account team to define and deliver activation plans across in store, media, merch placements, search, and other retailer media capabilities. They will be the leader and single point for activation strategy and execution, working with our Agency of Record, Marketing, and National Media Managers to deliver integrated full funnel plans. The Activation Manager will report into Customer Account Team leadership to ensure activation plans align with Retailer Joint Business Plans and support delivery of sales targets. This associate will also collaborate with National and Brand Teams to ensure full funnel integrated planning and optimization occurs across purchase funnel. There are three Manager positions across our Shopping Activation teams in Grocery, Value & Specialty, and Drug & Mass channels.
