About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking a Shop Utility to perform essential shipping and receiving duties, maintain shop organization, and assist with various maintenance and assembly tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our parts and shop areas, supporting other departments, and contributing to our local support on a global scale.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks

Nice To Haves

• Basic computer skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties
• Inspect and label incoming and outgoing equipment
• Clean and maintain proper order and appearance of parts and shop areas
• Perform minor building maintenance repairs and painting
• Assemble hand trucks and inventory related parts
• Schedule in house battery and charger repairs
• Assist with van inventories and parts deliveries
• Assist other departments as needed
