About The Position

Pape’ Material Handling, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Shop Technician to join their team. This role involves working on various makes and models of material handling equipment, including troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and making necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner. The technician will work under the guidance of senior technicians, building skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player, and willing to learn.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of equipment.
• One or more years of experience working on equipment, preferably in the material handling industry.
• Diesel Tech Degree in lieu of experience will be accepted.
• Must be a self-starter, a team player, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and make necessary repairs on various makes and models of material handling equipment.
• Work on equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Continue building skills and knowledge as a Technician.
