About The Position
Pape’ Material Handling, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking an Entry-Level Shop Technician to join their team. The technician will work under the guidance of senior technicians, building their skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, a team player, and willing to learn.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of equipment.
- One or more years of experience working on equipment, preferably in the material handling industry.
- Applicants with a Diesel Tech Degree will be considered in lieu of experience.
- Must be a self-starter, a team player, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and make necessary repairs on various makes and models of material handling equipment.
- Work on equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Continue building skills and knowledge as a Technician.
