This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post. The primary responsibilities include the proper selection and combination of foundations, pumps, and related equipment for specific jobs. This role requires knowledge of tubing hook-ups to spools and reels, and hydraulic hook-ups to reels and foundations. The technician will identify and communicate problems with reels, equipment, and spools, and operate and maintain all testing equipment associated with visual and dimensional inspection (Mic's). Additionally, the role involves completing all report forms for quality assurance shipping and receiving, making minor repairs to equipment, hose fittings, counters, rollers, etc., and executing procedures for used tubing, waste fluid, and tube cutting, including the use of cutting torch equipment. The technician must be qualified/trained for forklift ground guide, crane rigging, and qualified to operate a forklift up to 70,000 lbs. Compliance with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures is mandatory, along with maintaining a clean and organized work area and utilizing safe work habits. Other work-related tasks may be assigned.
