Requirements

• Mechanically inclined, motivated, and dependable individual.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to engage and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong grasp of Microsoft office required.
• Ability to read and understand schematics.
• Ability to work independently or on a team.
• On time to all meetings / appointments / and scheduled engagements.
• Disciplined and reliable work habits.
• Willingness to learn from a variety of formal and informal training opportunities.
• Dedicated to completion of responsibilities and work safety.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Willing to accept responsibilities within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Related industry experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements)
• Associate degree a plus
• Technical Trade School a plus
• Compressor preventative maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with rotary screw Oil Free Compressors a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, and perform repairs including complete overhauls on equipment to get it ready for service in the field.
• Order parts for repairs and machine some parts to correct specifications.
• Consult with field staff and assist in diagnosing needed repairs.
• Maintain work area and equipment in clean, safe condition.
