About The Position

The Shop Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the shop and its personnel. This role involves managing parts inventory, ensuring the completion of all work orders and associated paperwork, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The supervisor will also be involved in vehicle maintenance and repair, and will be tasked with creating and implementing clear processes and procedures for the shop. Strong computer skills are essential for this position.

Requirements

• Two years of mechanical experience.
• Strong computer skills necessary.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Must take and pass drug tests and physical exams as required.

Nice To Haves

• Petroleum Tank repair experience and certifications highly preferred.
• Class A CDL with Hazmat preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the shop and shop personnel.
• Maintain parts inventory, including managing parts consignment.
• Ensure completion of all work orders and other computer and paperwork.
• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Create clear and specific processes and procedures for the shop.
