About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Shop Production Foreman to join their Service team, working with both INFINITI and Nissan. This role is in a fast-paced service department environment. The Shop Production Foreman will be responsible for leading, training, motivating, and developing lube techs to advance their careers. Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven Nissan experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Senior Technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience in a dealership or high-volume automotive service environment
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• High level customer service experience
• Demonstrate time management, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills
• A valid driver license and good driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring every vehicle is serviced using the same process every time in a timely manner
• Quality checking each vehicle before it leaves the shop
• Working with the front-end staff and service manager to help meet customer service and performance goals
• Setting staff scheduling on a weekly basis
• Additional requests that the service manager assigns
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop lube techs
