About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Shop Production Foreman to join their Service team, working with both INFINITI and Nissan. This role is in a fast-paced service department environment. The company offers competitive pay and benefits, with master certified technicians receiving 3 weeks of PTO upon hire. The shops are described as clean and up-to-date with technology and safety standards. The Shop Production Foreman will be responsible for leading, training, motivating, and developing lube techs to advance their careers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven Nissan experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or Senior Technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience in a dealership or high-volume automotive service environment
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- A valid driver license and good driving record are required.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring every vehicle is serviced using the same process every time in a timely manner
- Quality checking each vehicle before it leaves the shop
- Working with the front-end staff and service manager to help meet customer service and performance goals
- Setting staff scheduling on a weekly basis
- Additional requests that the service manager assigns
