As the Shop Foreman, you will maintain the highest levels of quality and productivity in the service department to ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired properly for a superior customer experience.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two to three years of service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-5 years of supervisor experience preferred.
  • Master Level credentials (e.g., ASE certification).
  • Factory Training Credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest levels of quality and productivity in the service department.
  • Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired properly for a superior customer experience.
  • Actively assist service technicians with diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
  • Personally inspect all major repair jobs for proper completion.
  • Meet with group leaders and management to review performance and administrative matters.
  • Coordinate and conduct on-going training for service technicians.
  • Set goals based on individual skill levels.
  • Create an environment for high productivity through motivational leadership.
