The company is seeking an experienced Shop Mechanic to join their team in Pasadena, TX. The successful candidate will have experience working on small engine pieces of equipment such as golf carts and tractors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 5+ years of experience with diesel/heavy equipment repair
- TWIC Card
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Current resident in the Houston metro area
Nice To Haves
- Post-secondary certificate or degree in engineering OR training as a mechanic is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs as well as preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues with diesel engines
- Determine what parts and tools are necessary to make repairs
- Complete shop paperwork
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
