About The Position

Redi Services, LLC is hiring a Shop Mechanic for a full-time, long-term opportunity at its Carlin, Nevada location. The role involves maintaining and repairing light- and heavy-duty trucks and their attached equipment. The mechanic is expected to keep excellent vehicle records, manage time effectively, and work with teammates. The position requires the mechanic to have their own tools or participate in the company’s tool allowance program. Candidates must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screen and a background check upon hire. Starting pay is $38.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose wiring issues.
• Ability to work with hydraulics and perform brake work.
• Ability to repair and rebuild engines and transmissions for light- and heavy-duty trucks and attached equipment.
• Excellent record-keeping and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with teammates.
• Must have personal tools or be willing to participate in the tool allowance program.
• Must be willing and able to pass initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• MSHA Surface Certification.
• Class A CDL.

Responsibilities
