About The Position

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- 2+ years of leadership experience (biohazard, restoration, or similar preferred)
- Ability to handle dynamic schedules and challenging environments
- Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated ability to review financial statements and manage inventory (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team while rolling up your sleeves in the field
- Manage shop operations, inventory, and scheduling
- Be the trusted point of contact for clients during critical times
