About The Position

A shop manager oversees daily retail operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

• 2-3+ years in retail, with previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to handle on-the-spot issues and customer complaints.
• Understanding profit margins, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
• Organization skills.

Nice To Haves

• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is often preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: Overseeing product displays and visual merchandising to maximize sales.
