Requirements

3+ yrs in the Design and Fabrication of Industrial Control Panels
Equivalent to B.S. in Engineering or comparable design experience
Able to design and draft small control systems using AutoAD Electrical including Schematics, Panel Layouts, Bill of Materials, Special Details, etc.
Able to specify all the components of the control panel.
Know how to program PLC's and HMI's.
Knowledge of VFD programming and testing is required.
Experienced in factory testing of controls and control panels.
Familiar with the UL508A standard for Control Panels
Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

A knowledge of SAP would be a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Sales staff to develop and drive sales to the Panel Shop.
Managing our in-house Control Panel Shop
Providing field support over the phone and occasionally out in field.
Instructing and working with our Panel Shop Technicians in the fabrication of our control panels.
Procuring all the components used in the Panel Shop
