This role involves leading and motivating a team of stylists, bartenders, and shift leads, driving membership and retail sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The position is full-time and located in Naperville, IL.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Experience leading a team and achieving sales goals
• Organized, dependable, and results-driven

• Salon, beauty, retail, or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of stylists, bartenders, and shift leads
• Drive membership sales, retail sales, and overall shop performance
• Train new team members
• Manage scheduling and daily operations
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Coach team members and support their growth
• Monitor business goals and key performance metrics
• Manage inventory and shop standards
