About The Position
Drybar Naperville is seeking a full-time Shop Manager to lead and motivate a team of stylists, bartenders, and shift leads. This role is responsible for driving membership sales, retail sales, and overall shop performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a positive team culture and driving business success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience leading a team and achieving sales goals
- Organized, dependable, and results-driven
Nice To Haves
- Salon, beauty, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists, bartenders, and shift leads
