The Shop Manager is responsible for providing daily leadership to team members, maintaining current shop procedure and scheduling. This position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial, quality, support and that all compliances are met.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent work experience
2+ Years’ Shop experience in building Down-Hole Tools / Mud Motors
Ability to lead others.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Knowledge of all aspects of motors and running tools
Ability to multi-task
Basic computer/laptop skills
Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs.
Must have current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times.

Responsibilities

Primary Focus is to track, rebuild, and maintain motor and running tool inventory.
Establish and supervise the motor and running tool rebuild process.
Manage all shop hands assisting in motor and running tool rebuilds.
Regulate shop inventory and motor / running tool supplies.
Oversee entire motor / running tool inventory – knowing how many clean and dirty motors / running tools there are at all times.
Manage the transportation and delivery method of motors / running tools to our mobile locations.
Participate in “on-call” responsibilities.
Maintain all HSE protocols and ensure that all responsibilities are up to date.
Maintain purchase orders.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
