About The Position

Drybar Richmond is hiring a Shop Manager / Lead Stylist to lead, grow, and elevate our shop. This role is a leadership position that involves being on the floor and building the business. It's an opportunity to step into an established shop and shape its culture, build the business, and make a significant impact. The Richmond location is a growth market with potential for building a high-performing team and culture, driving business results, and making a mark in a visible location. This role offers ownership of the shop's day-to-day operations, coaching and developing a team, driving results, and growing within a multi-unit franchise group. The Shop Manager will be supported by a Shop Educator, a Client Relations Manager, and a District Manager/Multi-Unit Team, allowing them to focus on leading, coaching, and growing the business.

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license (required)
• Leadership experience preferred (assistant manager, lead stylist, educator, etc.)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Comfortable with goals, metrics, and accountability
• Positive, steady, solutions-oriented leader
• Passion for both service excellence and business results

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and set the tone for the team
• Coach stylists and front desk on service, sales, and productivity
• Own and drive KPIs: client count, revenue, add-ons, memberships, retail, labor
• Build weekly plans and execute to hit goals
• Deliver Drybar services and lead from the chair
• Maintain brand standards, scheduling, and shop operations
