Drybar Richmond is hiring a Shop Manager / Lead Stylist to lead, grow, and elevate their shop. The position allows for running the shop with ownership, coaching, inspiring, and developing a team, driving results, and growing within a multi-unit, expanding franchise group. The Shop Manager is responsible for running smooth, high-energy daily operations and driving the business forward through leadership, coaching, and execution.

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license (required)
• Leadership experience preferred (assistant manager, lead stylist, educator, etc.)
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Comfortable with goals, metrics, and accountability
• Positive, steady, solutions-oriented leader
• Passion for both service excellence and business results

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and set the tone for the team
• Coach stylists and front desk on service, sales, and productivity
• Own and drive KPIs: client count, revenue, add-ons, memberships, retail, labor
• Build weekly plans and execute to hit goals
• Deliver Drybar services and lead from the chair
• Maintain brand standards, scheduling, and shop operations
