Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate basic hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours when required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist fabrication, welding, and production teams with daily manufacturing operations.
• Load and unload materials into machines, workstations, and fabrication areas.
• Grind, deburr, clean, and prepare metal components for production.
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Cut materials to specified lengths and measurements.
• Assist with material movement throughout the facility.
• Support welders, fabricators, assemblers, and machine operators as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform general labor and production support duties as assigned.
• Assist with loading, staging, and organizing materials for production activities.
• Help maintain production schedules by ensuring work areas remain stocked and organized.
