About The Position

Pacific Architectural Wood Products, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Help team member to support manufacturing operations at its Canby, Oregon facility. The role helps keep the facility clean, safe, and efficient by assisting with material movement, supporting production activities, and maintaining equipment and work areas. The position is full-time, hourly, and non-exempt, and reports to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• Be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, stretch, and perform repetitive motions.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery.

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized production, warehouse, and work areas.
• Sweep floors and remove dust, debris, trash, and recyclable materials.
• Move materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Support machine operators by feeding stock and handling materials as directed.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.
