About The Position

Selking International is looking for a Shop Helper / Entry-Level Diesel Technician at our Fort Wayne, IN Dealership. No experience required — just a strong work ethic and an interest in learning diesel mechanics. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in the diesel industry. You'll work alongside our experienced Diesel Technicians, gaining hands-on training and real-world experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our shop. Full time, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

No experience necessary — willingness to learn and a positive attitude are what matter most.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Assist Diesel Technicians with repairs and preventative maintenance while learning the trade hands-on.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe, including sweeping floors and maintaining work areas.
Run parts between departments and assist with parts pickup and delivery as needed.
Move trucks and equipment around the shop and lot (valid driver's license required).
Support technicians with general shop duties and grow your skills toward becoming a Diesel Technician.
