We are seeking individuals with experience in manufacturing Steel buildings or individuals who are eager and want to learn about the welding and assembly of Steel.

Requirements

The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check is required
Diligent with great attention to detail and learns quickly
Safety oriented
Must be able to walk, stand, use hands to handle tools, reach with arms, kneel, stoop, crouch, and talk and hear in noisy environments
Must be able to regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 51 lbs independently and occasionally lift and move objects up to 100lbs with the assistance of team lifts.

Eager to learn about the welding and assembly of Steel

Responsibilities

Manage distribution of tools and supplies from the tool crib
Enter distribution into scanners to track inventory
Notify managers if supplies fall below a critical level
Support colleagues throughout the shop
Follow all safety protocols including wearing PPE and required PPE at all times. Required PPE is defined as gloves, safety glasses, and steel toe boots. Additional PPE, such as hard hats, flame-resistant clothing, hearing protection, face shields, respirators, etc, may be required depending on the specific tasks being performed or the work area.
