About The Position

This role involves various hands-on tasks in a shop environment, including assembly, disassembly, inspection, testing, and maintenance of tools and equipment. The position requires operating machinery such as forklifts and overhead cranes, performing deliveries, and adapting to flexible work schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Basic knowledge of power tools
• Basic mechanical skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl and walk; may have long periods of standing or sitting
• Exposure to working outdoors and extreme weather conditions
• Must have flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs, including weekends, and be on an “on –call” rotation
• Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiring requirements

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble tools
• Inspect, test, and paint tools
• Power wash tools
• Work on power equipment
• Operate forklift
• Operate overhead crane
• Make deliveries to customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
