Requirements

  • Entry-level position
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the hydraulics division
  • Ability to assist team with day-to-day duties
  • Ability to maintain satisfactory customer relationships
  • Ability to do basic math
  • Ability to problem solve and diagnose issues with materials
  • Ability to receive broken or damaged hydraulic hoses from customers and accurately identify issues
  • Ability to identify specifics of broken materials such as size of hose, pressure, and fittings
  • Ability to use small power tools safely and effectively

  • Ability and desire to learn and retain information in order to meet goals and assist teammates
  • Ability to do basic math
  • Quickly problem solve and diagnose issues with materials
  • Ability to receive broken or damaged hydraulic hoses from customers and accurately identify issues
  • Identify specifics of broken materials such as size of hose, pressure, and fittings and utilizing this information to build new hoses
  • Must be able to use small power tools safely and effectively
  • Other duties as assigned
