About The Position
Transteck, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Shop Foreman at our Freightliner of Philadelphia dealership located in Levittown, PA. The Shop Foreman position is directly responsible for supervising, motivating and assisting technical staff. Essential job functions include: billing out work performed on Repair Orders, dispatching work to technicians, monitoring of shop productivity, follow-up with work progress, coordinate parts orders with parts department, etc. Our facilities are kept clean and the pace is fast - all part of providing the best service to our customers.
Requirements
- Experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role
- Some experience as a mechanic
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with computers
- Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CDK (ADP) business systems
