About The Position
Morgan Auto Group is searching for an Experienced Automotive Shop Foreman to join our team. A rare opportunity to bring your leadership skills and automotive experience and showcase it here at BMW of Tampa as we are looking for an individual to help our team grow and take us to the next level. This is a non-performing foreman, meaning 100% supervisor and is responsible for growing the shop hours, technician count, efficiency and productivity using leadership skills.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must speak and communicate in a professional manner
- Ability to work well with others - always being courteous, proactive and upbeat
- Must have a strong ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
- Ensure technicians are trained to properly repair each job assigned
- Ensures appropriate training of all technicians
- Ensures technicians fully utilize the available resources of the service department
- Monitor all in repairs in progress and intercede when necessary to expedite repair completion
- Serve as a liaison between the service manager, service advisors, dispatcher, parts personal technicians, warranty administration and clients
