About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Shop Custodian at Toyota of Brookfield. The custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dealership, including shop and customer areas, and supporting technicians by keeping the workspace clean and efficient. This is a part-time role of approximately 25 hours per week. The company describes itself as a family-owned automotive dealership group with more than 3,500 employees, over 25 vehicle brands, and more than 50 dealerships across seven states.

Requirements

Experience as a custodian or housekeeper.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Customer-oriented and friendly.
Prioritization and time-management skills.
Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain service bays, shop floors, offices, waiting areas, and restrooms.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum; remove oil, grease, and debris from work areas.
Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and shop materials as needed.
Clean shop equipment, tools, and workstations to maintain a safe environment.
Follow OSHA and company safety procedures when handling chemicals and waste.
Assist with organizing inventory, storage areas, and shop supplies.
Perform basic facility maintenance and report repair needs to management.
Support technicians by maintaining a clean and efficient workspace throughout the day.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
