About The Position

Bring craftsmanship and precision to life in our production shop: Build and assemble doors using specialized machinery, power tools, and hand tools Cut, shape, and prepare wood materials to exact specifications Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met every time Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues Maintain accurate work records and support team production goals Work safely and contribute to a clean, organized shop environment We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team members who take pride in their work: High school diploma or GED Experience with woodworking machinery, power tools, or hand tools (6+ months) Manufacturing, production, or construction experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and perform physical work Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Dependability and a strong work ethic Commitment to safety and professionalism A commitment to safety and professionalism (pre-employment physical and drug test required).
