Green Window Cleaning Services, LLC is growing again, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Shop Associate to join our team. We’re a premier window cleaning company specializing in large commercial and residential properties. Our field teams make the windows shine, and our shop team helps make sure they have everything they need to get the job done. As our Shop Associate, you’ll help keep our vehicles, equipment, shop, and office areas running smoothly. This is a great position for someone who enjoys staying active, solving small problems, keeping things organized, and taking pride in a job well done.
Requirements
- Dependable, organized, and willing to jump in where needed.
- Comfortable using tools and handling basic maintenance tasks.
- Ability to keep track of what needs attention.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, and maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are fueled up, clean, ready to roll, and on schedule for service appointments.
- Repair and perform routine maintenance on company equipment, tracking, repairing, or replacing damaged equipment.
- Keep the shop and office areas organized and tidy, including weekly cleaning.
- Communicate supply needs to office staff before essentials run out.
- Tackle the daily laundry that comes back from the crews.
- Ensure the operation stays clean, stocked, organized, and moving forward.
