About The Position

Cooper Fleet Services is seeking a dedicated Shop Administrator to ensure smooth service operations for commercial vehicles. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating between technicians, the parts department, and clients, and ensuring efficient servicing of fleet vehicles with accurate documentation. The position is crucial for the daily operations of the service center.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative experience in an automotive or fleet service environment is preferred
  • CDK experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Keep service operations running smoothly
