About The Position

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced warehouse environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. The role involves assisting in preparing and packing products for shipment, transporting customer products using correct lifting methods, organizing inventory, inspecting outgoing shipments, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient shipping processes. Adherence to all safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.
Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and move components weighing up to 50 pounds.
The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Frequent walking and bending are required.

0-1 year of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
Provide aid in transporting customer products by utilizing correct lifting methods to prevent injuries.
Help to organize inventory within the shipping area, ensuring proper stock levels.
Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient shipping processes.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Other duties may be assigned.
