This role is responsible for verifying information on forms and paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments according to Purchase Order (PO) requirements. The position involves comparing identifying information, counts, weights, and/or measures of items against packing lists and PO requirements. The individual will determine the appropriate method and mode of shipment based on customer requirements in portals or customer routing guides, and will also determine labeling requirements per PO specifications. Responsibilities include assembling and packing product containers, preparing and affixing shipping labels accurately, and preparing all shipping documents in a timely and accurate manner. These duties are required on a daily basis, along with any other duties assigned by management.
