About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented shipping professional proficient in using computer systems to manage shipping operations. The role is primarily computer-based and focuses on coordinating and processing shipments through digital platforms, with some hands-on shipping activities. It is based in an office environment.

Requirements

High efficiency with technology and computers.
Knowledge of Google Sheets.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of professional sports teams.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Basic computer skills for printing labels.
At least one year of verifiable, computer-based professional shipping experience, clearly reflected on the resume.
Experience with shipping technology.
Punctuality and consistent attendance.

Nice To Haves

Ability to start immediately is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Process and manage outbound shipments using shipping and logistics software platforms and spreadsheets.
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation accurately.
Verify order details, addresses, and shipping methods to support timely, error-free delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or order issues.
Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates or exceptions.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking information, and related data.
Ensure compliance with carrier requirements, company policies, and shipping regulations.
Optimize shipping methods and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Assist with returns processing and related documentation as needed.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions.
